Terms of Use

You are reading a fixed publication, not a service you can register with or send anything to. This page tells you what that means in practice and where your dealings with any operator actually start.

What are you actually looking at when you visit this site?

Every page here is a file built in advance and delivered from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no account system, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Nothing you do here can create, submit, change or delete anything, because there is no mechanism to accept input in the first place. The list of pages was fixed when the site was built: the sitemap names a single address, and if you request a page that does not exist, the site sends you a noindex, nofollow response that forwards you straight back to the home page rather than inventing a page on the fly. Every page also carries a machine-readable publication and modification date, and the modification date shown matches the one in the sitemap, so you can always check which version of the text you are reading.

What happens when you click a link on this site?

The site itself runs no gambling service of any kind. Where a link points toward an operator, it does not open that operator directly. Instead it is an address on this domain that answers with a 302 redirect and passes you to the operator's own tracking address. The build defines ten such redirect rules, and every one of them leads outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as sponsored and opens in a separate tab, so your browser keeps this page open while the operator's site loads on its own. Everything this site needs to display its own pages — styles, scripts, fonts and images — is served from this same domain, and no outside server is contacted while a page is being shown to you. The moment you follow one of these links, though, you leave that arrangement behind: the destination is a separate site, reached directly by your browser, and it keeps its own record of that visit.

What this page cannot promise you

Because there is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything on this site, there is nothing here that can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists to govern. The build also carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form, so this page cannot promise you a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to deal with. It does not name a company, a jurisdiction or a dispute procedure, because none of that was verified in the build of this site. Any terms that actually bind you begin only once you reach the operator's own site, and only that operator's own published terms apply from that point on.
